Charlie offers Herb advice on how to stand up for himself, resulting with Judith kicking Herb out of the house. Alan, overjoyed by the situation, goes to Judith's house pretending that he has to pick up some forgotten Jake's school books, and confronts her crying. He hugs her and calms her down, resulting in the two of them having sex.
