In this episode, Walden's commitment to Zoey is tested when she and her daughter move in with him. Walden instantly becomes annoyed when he runs out of energy playing with Ava and realizes that she does not like any of the breakfast food he makes for her. Meanwhile, Alan gets more than what he bargained for when he moves in with Lyndsey, then gets into a chain reaction of injuries just to have sex. At a bar, Walden asks Alan to come back if he can get rid of Zoey and Ava, to which Alan happily agrees to do so.
